Evangelism is a calling that requires great sacrifice, yet its fruits are immeasurable because lost souls are found and restored to God. This is a Story of Pastor Samuel Ntirampeba, leader of EVEBU Church in Giharo, Rutana. Pastor Samuel shared a powerful testimony of how Evangelism Explosion trainings transformed his ministry during one of its most difficult periods, when the church members had left, and only 15 members stayed.

Samuel Ntirampeba, Pastor at EVEBU (Église de la Vie Eternelle du Burundi-Eternal Life Church in Burundi) in Rutana
Inspired by what he had experienced in an evangelism training in 2024, Pastor Samuel returned to his church, filled with renewed courage and determination. In 2025, he sent two groups from his church, including youth, to attend Evangelism Explosion trainings.
Since then, these trained members have been boldly and consistently sharing the Gospel throughout their community. The results have been remarkable: the church now has 150 members, including children, and a new church has been established in Rubaho, already growing to approximately 100 members.
We are filled with joy as we witness the extraordinary work God continues to do through Evangelism Explosion training across Burundi.
